And yet, the more you think about it, the less clear you feel.
What started as a simple question turns into a loop that follows you from room to room and day into night. Somewhere along the way, you begin to feel tired— not just mentally, but emotionally.
You want to trust yourself. You want to move forward with confidence. So, you keep trying to figure it out. You gather more information, ask for advice, and look for reassurance that you’ re on the right track.
It’ s often a sign that you’ ve moved too far into your mind, believing clarity will come from thinking harder.
Many of us were taught to rely almost entirely on our thinking mind. We learned to analyze, plan, and figure things out logically. While the mind is a powerful tool, it was never meant to carry the full weight of every decision and uncertainty.
Because clarity doesn’ t come from thinking more.

But instead of clarity, you often end up with more noise.

Why More Thinking Isn’ t the Answer
What I’ ve come to understand— through my own life and through the women I work with— is that overthinking isn’ t usually a sign that you don’ t have the answer.
It comes from connecting more.
The Part of You That Already Knows
There is another part of you— a quieter, steadier place within— that holds a different kind of knowing. It doesn’ t rush you, or pressure you. It offers a sense of clarity that feels calm, grounded, and true.
