You were never meant to navigate life disconnected from your inner wisdom. There is a natural guidance system within you— a way of sensing what feels aligned and what doesn’ t. Even if it feels quiet at times, it hasn’ t disappeared. It simply becomes harder to hear when everything else gets louder.

Pause and Come Back to Your Body
