The Secret to Flow: Feel, Don’ t Think

Here are four steps to help you experience more flow. Ask yourself these questions each time you sit down to do your Flow Habit.
You also might ask yourself these questions as you go throughout your daily life to help you align what you do with who you really are and reconnect with your sparkle.
The FEEL acronym reminds us that flow happens not by thinking or planning, but by tuning into to how we feel and where our intuition is guiding us to go.

F = Focus
What’ s your top priority in this moment?
E = Engage
How can you make what you are doing more fun and meaningful?
E = Equalize
Do you need to lighten up or add more challenge?
L = Listen & Let Go
How can you tap a greater flow and follow where it leads?
