Here are three questions to ask yourself to help you uncover your unique formula for flow and reclaiming your spark.

3. If you could spend a day doing anything at all, what would you choose?

A Flow Habit is a 5-10-minute activity that you love to do so much that you often lose track of time as you are doing it.
