That’ s the power of staying present with the vulnerability beneath the trigger.

When we drop into the bodily sensation— without getting trapped in the old story— we allow the emotional energy to move. We bring loving presence to what feels abandoned and scared.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Every time we act out one of the Three Outs, we further recoil in contracted protection around the pain. Over time, we get more reactive, more thin-skinned, and likely more dependent on numbing agents.
But when we learn to recognize our“ out”— and pause— it becomes easier to choose differently. This becomes more possible when we practice presence even when we’ re not triggered: noticing the breath, softening the body, cultivating inner awareness and space. Over time, we learn to catch the“ out” before it hijacks us.
In my new book, Heal What Hurts, I teach you how to reverse these reactive patterns— not by shaming them, but by shining loving Divine light into the places where you feel unloved, unsafe, or like you don’ t belong. That healing light is the very loving presence and attunement many of us longed for as children but never fully received.

As we learn to become the loving presence we once sought from others, we begin to drink from the well within— rather than begging for drops from someone who may not be connected to their own source.

In doing so, we deepen our sacred connection to the Divine and gradually become more emotionally whole, self-sufficient, and free.
