4. Micro-Shifts: Every day, choose one little adjustment to make on purpose. Changes that happen slowly and steadily create big effects.
2. Stop, Pause, and Breathe: When you’ re stressed, stop and take three deep breaths into your heart. The pause gives you time to think and feel about how you want to respond.
3. Check in with your gut feeling: Ask yourself,“ What feels right?” Trust and believe the first thing that comes to mind.
5. Note the Ripple Effect: After the week is over, consider how your changes have impacted your leadership, teams, work, relationships, energy, and health. What unexpected results occurred because of your intentional shifts? Imagine your new path. Imagine your old path. What do they look like now.
