# 2 Creative and Physical Outlet
The second practice I lean into is having a creative or physical outlet to move energy— especially when emotions feel heavy or my mind starts to spiral( which happens to all of us!).
It could be journaling, coloring mandalas, singing, stretching, yoga, EFT tapping, or simply dancing around the kitchen with your kids or pet. Anything that helps release stuck energy and brings you back to center.
WISDOM & SELF-GROWTH
Personally, I go through seasons where journaling becomes my go-to. I ask myself a few soul-guided questions, then let whatever wants to flow come through. It’ s a beautiful way to invite clarity and higher guidance.
