With billions of bits of information coming at your brain daily, it’ s hard to know what the BS is— yes, belief systems. In a ridiculously fast world, one powerful way to take back control is through a simple ABC process.

Deciding what you want is often the most difficult part of this process. Over the past dozen years, I’ ve watched countless women stare at me with their jaws practically on the floor when I ask,“ What do you want?”
Common responses include:
“ I’ ve never been asked that.”“ I don’ t really know.”
Task number one is deciding who you want to be and how you want to feel. You can’ t hit a target you haven’ t identified. Vague longing leads to vague results.
“ Do the work” is the rallying cry of therapists and well-meaning friends everywhere. But what does that actually mean?
It means looking at the pain. Sitting with it. Working through it rather than around it.
There are many ways to erase or soften old stories. Emotional Freedom Technique( EFT) is one effective modality for releasing emotions like shame, abandonment, betrayal, and grief. And trust me— it’ s worth every single moment it takes.
Every tear you cry while feeling the pain of past experiences is worth its weight in gold. Those tears aren’ t weakness; they’ re release. You are expelling emotional toxins that have kept you sad, stuck, and even physically unwell.
