Step 4. Add your Insights and Possibility Thinking
When I add my insights from studying this issue and my years of business consulting experience, I arrive at my unique point of view as follows:
“ I believe to stand out today you need to claim your differentiation, and express your message with bold clarity, leadership, and honesty based on your values and core beliefs.
I believe the greatest and most authentic way to stand out is to follow your unique Human Design. I believe standing out requires leadership and courage to talk about real problems and what others are afraid to say. I believe Thought Leadership is a solid visibility strategy for every business owner.” Insights are not about regurgitating facts or information. Insights are about adding your own wisdom and experience after contemplating information to come up with your own original thoughts. Your opinions are the seeds of your insights. so you attract the people that resonate with what you believe and what you offer based on those beliefs. Resiliency comes from a strong belief and confidence in what you are saying and doing.
The best way to gain visibility and create the impact you want to make is to lead your niche by sharing your expertise and your point of view as a Thought Leader.
Thought leadership positions you as an authority, gives you credibility, increases opportunities for appearances on podcasts, summits, stages, and articles in magazines. It creates a stronger brand and leads to more qualified lead generation. It helps you become a highly visible entrepreneur.

Not everyone will resonate or agree with your point of view and that is perfectly fine. If everyone agrees, your point of view is probably not strong enough. It’ s not that you need to be controversial or argumentative, but you need to be unique in your thinking,
