3. Rewrite the Story About Why You Gave It Up.

Sometimes we let go of a dream because we believed it wasn’ t realistic, possible, or even allowed. Or maybe another dream, like raising a family, took center stage. Hello mothers everywhere. Whatever the reason, now is the time to retire the old narrative and wrap it in new, loving language. Instead of saying,“ I couldn’ t pursue that dream because I raised my family,” try:
“ I chose to raise my babies into the wonderful, amazing adults they are today. That was a dream I said yes to then, and I would make that choice again. But now, I am ready to explore what this other dream looks like today. On my terms.”

4. Follow the Energy of Tiny Desires.

Your daily longings— rest, beauty, space, creativity— are sacred clues. When you follow even the smallest desire, you step into alignment. Feel like painting? Gardening? Preparing a chef-inspired meal? Spending the day at a spa? These aren’ t indulgences; they’ re invitations.
Each time you honor a desire, no matter how small, you declare: I matter. I’ m worth this. That inner declaration builds your sense of worthiness— and the more you feel that, the more you magnetize the next desire … and the next. Suddenly, those little nudges begin pointing toward something bigger. And the more worthy you feel, the clearer and closer your dream becomes.
Play with it. How many new ways can you tell your story that feel empowered, joyful, and true? Because here’ s the truth: when you tell a story that feels good, you align with the version of you that’ s ready for more good to come.
