Read on for six gentle ways to reconnect, tune in, and reclaim what still belongs to you.

1. Say Yes to the Whisper.

When you allow yourself to be quiet and still, there’ s often a whisper waiting. You know the one. It sometimes stirs as a feeling in your body, and at other times, it’ s a voice— often your own— nudging you toward something more. Something unfinished. Something once given up on.
Or maybe something entirely new yet quietly tugging at your heart. Pay attention to that whisper. Set an intention to know it. Then be quiet and still, or take a walk in nature( without the headphones), and let it rise to the surface. Dreams often begin with the faintest invitations.

2. Let Go of the Pressure to Be Clear.

You don’ t need to know exactly what you want to begin. Dreaming is a relationship— it deepens the more you spend time with it. In Law of Attraction circles, we’ re often told that clarity is everything, that you can’ t hit a target if you don’ t know what it is, and if you’ re not clear, the universe will deliver“ any ol’ thing.”
But when clarity becomes a source of stress, it can block the very dream trying to find you. If all you have is a loose idea, a flicker, a direction— you’ re not doing it wrong. Start where you are. Take the pressure off. When you simply name what you do know, even imperfectly, you permit it to take shape. It may evolve through many iterations before it feels just right. Welcome all of them.
