ouise Hay changed the trajectory
of my life.
A little over twenty-five years ago, I was a
single mom on welfare struggling to find my
path, purpose, and happiness. One day
feeling low and ungrounded I found myself
at the local library more for the quiet and
solitude than to look for any particular book.
As I approached one row of books, a book
literally jumped out at me and fell to the
floor. As I picked it up to place it back on the
shelf I had no idea that it would change the
trajectory of my life.
