Try This Now: Draw a Circle
• On a blank page, draw one medium circle.( yes it can look like a potato)
• Around it, add doodles or shapes that represent what you’ re grateful for— what you have now and what you trust is already on its way.
• Don’ t overthink it. Stick figures, squiggles, stars, happy faces, spirals— whatever comes.
• Look at it and breathe. Add more circles and rehearse feeling grateful and add tiny bubbles of gratitude in the spaces over and over until the whole page is full. Try this and notice how elated you get. You’ re high on life! At the very least you’ re super zen.
Congratulations: you just rewired your brain, claimed your agency, and slid a note under the universe’ s door!

MY CLOSING THOUGHTS …

I’ m gonna be straight with you. There is good news and bad news about manifesting. The bad news: no manifestation technique can give you airtight certainty about the future.
The good news: you don’ t need certainty to create.
Manifestation through art isn’ t about clinging to outcomes. It’ s about practicing trust, claiming agency, and staying in dialogue with a universe that is alive, creative, and frankly— way more imaginative than we are.
So next time you feel the urge to control everything, pick up a pen instead. Draw a spiral. Sketch a star. Scribble badly. Not because it guarantees delivery of your wish-list— but because it roots you in the essence of what you long for.
And often, that essence shows up in forms far better( and funnier) than the ones we tried to force. Listen, if vision boards alone worked off specific perfect images and statements, half of us would already be married to Ryan Gosling!
So, my advice based on experience is to draw with intention, draw badly or draw well, doodle and doodle some more because the minute you add intention to the marks you make on paper synchronicity is called into action. The universe opens up to light the way for you to take your steps and do your part and then your intentions come true in the perfect form for you! Your doodle will never be the same again.
