Hello beautiful soul ,

The line in Brené Brown ’ s quote above , “ It ’ s an unraveling — a time when you feel a desperate pull to live the life you want to live , not the one you ’ re ‘ supposed ’ to live ,” has always resonated with me on a deep level because it captures the essence of my experiences over the last thirty years .

Over time , I ’ ve learned to trust my ‘ unravelings ’ as guidance from my wise inner self , soul whispers that rose , nudging me that it was time to shed yet another layer of beliefs , stories , and patterns that did not align with the highest truth of who I am — or of who I am becoming .

At sixty years old , I ’ ve leaned into this discomfort time and time again and discovered that the more I honored my truth and not the shoulds and havetos I had been living , fulfillment , deeper inner peace , and joy awaited on the other side .
