Engaging with glimmers regularly through joy and play helps calm your nervous system and promotes feelings of joy, gratitude, and safety, which over time rewires the brain.
Another self-nurturing practice that will support you in reclaiming joy and play is gratitude. When you acknowledge what you are grateful for each day, you will find the glimmers in your life. When we pause to acknowledge those small fleeting experiences of playfulness and joy, we honor our glimmers and deepen our gratitude for these practices.
