Unfortunately accessing joy and giving ourselves permission to play is difficult for many women who feel responsible for everyone and everything in their lives. This contributes to our overflowing“ to do” lists and jam-packed schedules which leaves little space and time for joy and play. |
priorities and unrealistic expectations that feel anything but joyful. When you add to that, all the things outside our control, we find our nervous systems chronically dysregulated.
