Step 2: Create without judgment

Rather than trying to think your way to an answer, begin creating intuitively. Choose colors that call to you. Tear images from magazines. Doodle shapes. Layer words and textures.

Do not worry about making something beautiful.

Focus instead on noticing: notice the emotions that arise, the symbols that appear, and the memories that surface. Let the process lead you gently inward.

Step 3: Reflect with curiosity

When you finish, spend a few minutes journaling about what emerged.

Ask yourself:

• What surprised me?

• What emotions surfaced?

• What might this image be trying to communicate?

• What do I need most right now?

Often the page reveals truths we could not access through logic alone.
