The Cross of Planning began in 1615 and is about the human tendency to over-plan and focus on the future, rather than living in the present.
It carried with it conflict, and creation of structures and institutions such as healthcare, education, religion and political systems, many of which we see beginning to falter as they struggle to maintain their mission as we evolve.
The Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix is about evolution, an awakening, rising from the ashes and living in the present. It is about individuals waking up to their potential and purpose and about love.
The problem for most of us is that we have been so conditioned by what society believes is best that we have forgotten some of our potential and struggle with our purpose.
We are living in a version of ourselves that society deems favorable rather than living unapologetically in our full potential. Society values conformity over differences and we hide some of what makes us unique to fit in and be accepted.
This new era is the era of the individual.
We are being called upon to bring our uniqueness forward, to live our purpose unapologetically as our fully expressed authentic selves, and to make the contribution we are divinely designed to make and is so needed in the world today.
