3. Don’ t worry about being perfect. Do it just for the joy of it. If it’ s a picture you’ re painting, don’ t worry about framing it or having to put it on your wall. Do it just for you and frame it anyway( or don’ t) as you choose.
4. No boundaries. Try something new. Do it your way. Follow the instructions only if you want to. Color outside of the lines.
5. It doesn’ t have to be costly. Play with what you have on hand.
6. Immerse all of your senses into the activity. How does it feel to you? What can you taste, see, hear, or smell? What memories might it bring up for you?
7. Would a ritual enhance your creativity time? What if you were to light candles, surround yourself with crystals, and sip your favorite beverage during your creativity time? Would those make your experience more enticing and joyful?
