Ask yourself: Does this item reflect who I am becoming, or who I used to be?
Consider clearing clothing that no longer fits and those items that no longer fit your style, identity, or energy. Release papers or old projects that drain you instead of inspiring you as well as obligation items that you have kept out of guilt rather than love. Close the loop on incomplete tasks by completing, delegating, or releasing them.
When you release these items, do so with gratitude. Thank the items or projects for supporting you, and welcome in space for your next chapter. Remember that clearing is not just about removing items. It is about creating energetic space for the new to arrive.
