and container— woven with Divine support, seasonal rhythms, lunar cycles, and daily sacred practice— that reminds you that your journey is cyclical, supported, and lovingly guided. It’ s the soft framework that holds you as you come back home to your sacred self.
Unlike linear models of healing and growth, the Spiral honors life’ s true nature: we expand, contract, rest, rise, begin again, and each time we go deeper. Healing and transformation don’ t happen in straight lines— they happen in layers, over time. This Spiral meets you exactly where you are and walks with you, one compassionate turn at a time.
It’ s a living support structure— woven by the Universe herself— whispering that you are always held. That you belong to something larger. That the ordinary days of your life are already steeped in the sacred. The Spiral isn’ t a demand for more effort; it’ s a permission slip to relax into what already holds you.
The Five Sacred Containers
I envision the Spiral as a series of concentric circles— each circle a sacred container that holds the next— with YOU at the center. These layers shape, support, and reflect your lived experience. They are the places I return to— again and again— to stay grounded, aligned, and anchored in my truth.
1) The Divine Container( outermost circle)
We are always held by something greater. Whether you call it God, Goddess, Spirit, Source, or simply the Divine— you are not alone on this path. This container reminds us that challenges aren’ t punishments but loving course corrections. When we surrender to this truth, our nervous system relaxes, and we remember we don’ t have to carry it all.
Reflection: How might your daily life change if you trusted you were always supported?
2) The Soul’ s Journey
Your soul came here to grow and expand. The challenges you face aren’ t random— they are sacred invitations to evolve. Through this lens, discomfort and change become opportunities to transform, rather than punishments.
Reflection: Can you honor what your soul is learning right now, even if it feels messy or hard?
3) Seasonal Rhythms
The Wheel of the Year reminds us that we’ re not meant to bloom all year long. Winter invites rest, spring brings tender beginnings, summer offers fullness, and autumn teaches release. Aligning with the seasons gives us permission to root, rise, rest, and let go— relaxing into the sacred rhythm of our lives.
Reflection: What season of life are you in? What is it asking of you?
