As we move toward the transition from one year to a new year, let us honor this space as a sacred pause. This time of the year brings with it a space between what has occurred in the past year and what is yet to come in the new year.

And though we can create a new beginning at any time, this collective transition holds powerful energy to support us in shifting. In the cycle of the seasons, winter is a time to reflect and rest.
