The Cross of Planning energy is about building the world through structure, strategy, process, and expansion. The focus is on problem solving, logic and growth through hustle and following structured paths. It seems like very masculine energy. We have been operating under this energy since 1615. It is the foundation for how we have been taught and told to operate.
The energy of the Sleeping Phoenix is about creating the future through alignment, innovation, individual self-expression, inner wisdom, and trusting our intuition. Many of us have been feeling the pull toward this new energy for some time. It’ s a time that begs for individualism, authenticity, and alignment.
It seems more peaceful, more feminine. I’ ve heard many women express the fact that they are done with the old ways, that the old ways are no longer working to get the results they want.
Transitioning through this change is a major shift in human evolution and the transition is / will be a rebirth. It is also the birth of The Unapologetic Woman™.
