STEP 1:
Find, and plug into, a source
of power that refuels you and
reminds you of your light.
Your Luminosa cannot rise alone. She needs
to be REMINDED of who she is when she
forgets. She needs to be called forth and
coaxed out of the shadows. When you meet
someone, who could be a mentor or coach,
or hear about an event or a book or a course,
that touches a chord in you, say “Yes!”
Your Luminosa speaks to you through
intuition, and you can trust her to know what
she needs to grow stronger. A Luminosa
commits herself to staying plugged in to love-
based power. It requires constant and mindful
awareness and intention to steer our brains

They all have one thing in common: they are
NOT YOU. They do not know your heart the
way you do. They do not know your genius
the way you do. They do not know what
lights you up the way you do. And they do
NOT know how to bring out your light and
genius better than you do.
