Talk to other people about how good
you are at what you do.
“I had a really great session with
a client tonight, I was so proud of
myself”, “I love the article I just wrote.”
“The tele-class I gave was amazing!”
At first it will feel uncomfortable to
toot your own horn, but the more
you do it, you are going to feel much
more confident.

Make a Collage of your Testimonials and
positive statements about the work you do.
Post it so you can see this regularly.

Affirmation:
As I allow my confidence
to SOAR, I fill my Holistic
Practice with the most
amazing ideal clients!
Actively collect Testimonials.
Collect one per week. Reach out to
people and ask for them. Also look
back at testimonials that Clients said
spontaneously in sessions and write
these down. Be on the lookout for
these all the time. Remember what
you focus on expands.
Put Testimonials in your newsletters
and in your Facebook Posts.
Share them as much as possible. Put
them on a PowerPoint to flash before
you give live presentations.
