and connected while also easily integrating
into a busy lifestyle.
1. JOURNALING
Allow your journal to be your best friend.
Sharing and exploring your feelings, helps
to clear any confusion in the mind. Allowing
more clarity and helps you move beyond the
surface cutting straight to the heart of what is
really going on. If you choose to look for it.
Have a daily soul conversation and if you
need a journal prompt the using “How can I
love myself today?” Is a great way to start.
2. NATURE
Establishing a regular
meditation practice that
works for you will arm you
with a go-to technique
to create a sense of
reconnection to that part of
you that speaks of peace,
that speaks of wisdom and
that flows with a well of love.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
When you have lost your sense of Spirit
and the feeling of being connected to all
that is with the essence of Oneness that
exists within your feminine spirit, a quick,
easy and joyful way to bring this back is to
get out in nature. Be it, getting your hands
dirty tending to your garden or a visit to the
beach, time spent in nature is time spent with
Spirit. Nature is Spirit, just as you are and
when you come to nature, conscious of this
connection and its healing presence is hard
to miss. Feel it and give yourself permission
to just ‘BE’ for the moment and soak it all up.
3. MEDITATION
While many people struggle to either find the
time to meditate or too calm the mind chatter
when they do, you will find the Universe
providing these much needed solutions
when you make the choice to value and
discover what meditation can do for you.
Meditation can come in many forms and
I urge you to experiment with finding the
way it works for you. Perhaps it’s a quick
visualization in the shower or a few moments
of zen and inspiration as you do the ironing.
