5 Ways to Call In
makes you feel expansive and abundant, I
love stores like Home Goods and I’m a DIY
enthusiast! BONUS TIP: Use the same
future tense process I gave as an example
for all things you desire, reverse engineer
an action plan, and then take action!
ABUNDANCE
1. Notice Abundance
3.
Work with Cinnamon:
Everywhere:
This is my favorite muggle strategy for
calling in abundance! Start noticing all the
“large amounts of one type of thing” you
see in your day. For example, when you go
in the grocery store, take notice of the bin
full of apples and think to yourself, “WOW,
that’s a ton of apples”. When you go to a
store, notice all the cars parked in the
parking lot and think, “WOW, that’s a lot of
cars parked here” – and so on. Noticing and
acknowledging the large quantities of things
all over the place - all day, every day, begins
to re-train your brain towards abundance
and away from lack.
Cinnamon carries the energetic vibration
of prosperity and abundance. I sprinkle
cinnamon in my morning cup of coffee, on
whole grain toast with almond butter, and on
the $100 bill I keep tucked in my wallet. I
also diffuse essential oil blends that contain
cinnamon for an extra layer of magic!

Clutter and crap takes up physical space
and makes you feel bogged down. Get rid of
what no longer serves the women you desire
to be – yup, future tense. If your desire is
to be a woman who makes 6 figures in her
business, the question to ask yourself is,
“What would the home and office of a woman
who makes 6 figures look like?” Visualize the
spaces and then get to working on getting
them to look like that. It does NOT cost a
ton of money to create a beautiful space that
38
and Beautiful Place:
In full transparency, I avoid the news on purpose.
I feel the media makes us all to focus on what is
scary and cruel about our world. That’s not how
I choose to live, so I avoid allowing upsetting
topics into my eyes and ears. I read and listen to
uplifting stories and teachings, and I divert fear-
based conversations with others as soon as I
notice the conversation going in an upsetting
direction for me. Boundaries are vital to living
your goddess life!
