BONUS TIP: Use the same future tense process I gave as an example for all things you desire, reverse engineer an action plan, and then take action! ABUNDANCE 1. Notice Abundance 3. Work with Cinnamon: Everywhere: This is my favorite muggle strategy for calling in abundance! Start noticing all the “large amounts of one type of thing” you see in your day. For example, when you go in the grocery store, take notice of the bin full of apples and think to yourself, “WOW, that’s a ton of apples”. When you go to a store, notice all the cars parked in the parking lot and think, “WOW, that’s a lot of cars parked here” – and so on. Noticing and acknowledging the large quantities of things all over the place - all day, every day, begins to re-train your brain towards abundance and away from lack. Cinnamon carries the energetic vibration of prosperity and abundance. I sprinkle cinnamon in my morning cup of coffee, on whole grain toast with almond butter, and on the $100 bill I keep tucked in my wallet. I read and listen to uplifting stories and teachings, and I divert fear- based conversations with others as soon as I notice the conversation going in an upsetting direction for me.
