before long you will feel confident navigating

included an exercise for you to do to help
you troubleshoot what’s going on.
Driver’s Daily Checklist:
1 Get in Your Driver’s Seat.
This means to show up each day in
order to bring your dreams to life.
Consider this your Ignition-how you
start your day.
2 Buckle In.
This means to find a comfortable place
in your home or office, grab a pen and
paper and do the work. Sometimes you
will enjoy this process and it will come
easy and other times you will need to
Buckle Down and make yourself do it.
Stay committed and before you know it,
you’ll love the results you get.

3 Oil Up.
Grab your favorite citrus oil, Peppermint,
Spearmint, Rosemary or other uplifting
oils and either diffuse them or use them
topically (with fractionated coconut oil)
over your temples, heart, center of your
forehead, and behind your ears.
4 Thought dump:

This is a very important part of the
day. This is where you dump all your
negative thoughts that are in your head
on paper. Write them all down and get
them out. This is taking the focus off
the Rearview Mirror.

at your Vision Board. Write it down
