Spring is here and transformation is in the air. I love this time of year when everything begins to bloom.

I don’ t know about you, but I find that after a long New England winter I’ m more engaged with life as the milder seasons move in. I find that I spend more time outside in nature, I’ m more active, and if I’ m honest, my self-care seems to get back on track.

I believe we all desire, at some level, to live a more engaged life, a life filled with passion, purpose and joy. To do so means putting our self-care at the top of our to-do list instead of trying to squeeze it in.
