Well, you aren’ t the only one creating negative stress states with this kind of inner dialogue. Almost everyone feeds themselves negative thoughts that result in even more negative emotions and feelings and on and on. This constant negativity and negative thinking often stems from past experiences, childhood experiences, or negative beliefs we’ ve internalized over a long time.
