You are not just creating physical space on a shelf; you are creating space in your life to welcome in the experiences that you desire.

3. Using Sound to Break Up Stagnant Energy:

Sound shifts frequency. Stagnant energy needs disruption before it can be released. Sound waves penetrate areas we cannot physically reach, such as corners, ceilings, dense emotional pockets within a room.
To clear a space with sound, you may choose to use a bell, singing bowl, chimes, clapping your hands, or your own voice. To do so, move clockwise through each room. Pay attention to corners and behind doors because energy collects where movement is minimal. Strike the bell or clap intentionally and then listen. In areas where sound feels flat or dull, linger longer.
Continue until the vibration feels brighter, clearer. As you clear, speak aloud that any energy that no longer supports is now released and that the home is restored to harmony. In your home, speaking your intention sets the tone and sound amplifies that into the space.

4. Work with Sacred Tools with Intention:

Throughout cultures, herbs, incense, candles, and sacred water have been used as clearing allies. Remember that the power is not in the tool; it is in your intention. If you choose to burn cleansing herbs or incense, begin with clarity. State your purpose before lighting anything. Move mindfully, not mechanically. Guide smoke gently into corners, around doorways, and near objects that feel heavy.
Acknowledge what the space has held( grief, stress, transition, or something else) and consciously release it. You may speak something like,“ I honor what this space has witnessed. I now restore it to peace and balance.” When clearing, crack a window slightly to allow released energy to exit. Ritual tools remind us that we are not passively living in our environment. Instead, we are stewarding it.
