1. Delay the Automatic“ Yes”
When someone asks for something, your time, energy, or support, don’ t answer immediately. Say,“ Let me sit with that.” Then notice: Does your chest expand or tighten? Does your breath deepen or shallow? Your first instinct may be social conditioning. Your second response is often truth. Embodiment begins when you give your body time to speak.
2. Track Your Energy Leaks
Instead of asking,“ What do I want or need?” Ask,“ What is quietly draining me?” Is it a relationship you’ ve outgrown? A
