It’ s difficult to manifest the life we want and deserve if we’ re constantly pre-occupied with feelings of not-enough-ness. It makes afraid to put ourselves out there, go for that dream job, take that vacation, or believe we’ re worthy of the relationships we so desire.
We procrastinate truly living our best life because we feel like we can’ t have it until AFTER we reach a certain, weight, size, or other standard we’ ve set for ourselves.
But the feeling we’ re seeking— the sense of worthiness, confidence, and self-love— doesn’ t come from hitting some magical number on a scale. No matter what level of health you reach, you won’ t automatically be happy, successful, or more loved, even though false narratives from media and society make us believe it to be so.
