Step 4: Create a Consistent Practice

The more consistently you practice these steps, you’ ll notice your Inner Critic becomes quieter and you will feel more empowered in your day-to-day life. It’ s been said that it takes 21 or more days for a belief to shift and for new neuropathways to be formed, so your consistency is important. Keep in mind, the old thought might arise on occasion, but you now know you have the power and awareness to simply acknowledge, thank it, and let it go, returning to the new truth of who you really are.

My friend, you are worthy of the love, joy, happiness and success that you desire and deserve.

Your limiting thoughts are not the truth of who you are, and you do have the power to strengthen your connection to your Inner Wisdom and to soothe that self-defeating voice of your Inner Critic.
